Ošupio path is a wonderful investment project on the seaside in a recreation area (200 m to the sea), in which a new infrastructure is being developed (in the neighbourhood of modern apartment complex "Elija", the Hotel „Kuršių kaimas“ (Curonian village), complexes of modern cottages and summer bungalows, and individual houses).

The newly built cottages – so called ‚second homes‘ – will meet all up-to-date building and domestic demands and requirements, including autonomous heating, all city communications, individual terraces, parking, unique area in the coastal zone and quiet neighborhood - a great opportunity to spend your holidays in any season or have permanent residence.

Local uniqueness – the distance to the seaside is only 200 meters, there is wide and clean sandy beach, dunes, pine forest, wooden hiking paths leading up to the beach, bike paths, newly built bicycle path that leads to Palanga and further along the seaside, quiet and friendly neighborhood in the area.

The project‘s aim is to build a small region of these cottages in one year. We are looking forward to collecting friendly neighbours in such a cozy place.

CONSTRUCTIONS STARTED in May‘2016;
